How to wash sportswear

A few useful tips to help keep a clean and tidy appearance of your sportswear.
1. Soak clothes before washing
The cause of the odor from the sports apparel are living on the skin of bacteria that feed on sweat. Sweat soaks into things, so they start to smell bad.
Rid clothes of malodorous bacteria help white distilled vinegar, In which the composition contains an acid. Mix vinegar and cold water in a ratio of 1: 4. Soak before washing clothes in the solution and leave for 15-30 minutes.
2. Wash clothing after each exercise

3. Use gel for sportswear course

4. Do not add fabric softener and conditioner

5. Wash sportswear in cold or warm water
Water temperature affects the structure of the tissue. So do not ignore this part. But cotton socks, towels and T-shirts should be washed in hot water.
6. Dry things in the air
If you decide to use the tumble dryer in the washing machine, select the lowest temperature. Hot air can damage tissue, reducing its elasticity and cause its contraction.
