- 1 beet;

Preparation

2. Salad with walnuts, cucumbers and tomatoes
Ingredients
- 3 cucumbers;
- 3 tomatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 1 small bunch of herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro, or basil)
- 30-40 g of walnuts;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- ½ – 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 1 pinch of hot pepper;
- 1-2 tablespoons of wine vinegar;
- 1 tablespoon water
Preparation

4. Salad with walnuts, beets, carrots and pomegranate
Ingredients
- 2-3 beets;
- 1 carrot;
- 200 g of prunes;
- 1 pomegranate;
- 50–70 g of walnuts;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;

Preparation

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast;
- 5 eggs;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- 1 apple;
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 100 g of walnuts;

Preparation

10. Salad with walnuts, beef and pineapple
Ingredients
- 6 chicken eggs;
- 3 quail eggs;
- 200 g of beef;
- 200 g of canned pineapples;
- 200 g of cheese;

- 150 g sour cream;
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt to taste;

Preparation
Boil eggs hard-boiled: chicken - in 10 minutes, quail - in 5 minutes. Boil the beef for about an hour.
Cut the meat and pineapples into small pieces, three chicken eggs into small pieces. Grate 100 g of cheese on a coarse grater, another 50 g on a fine grater along with 2 chicken proteins. Chop the nuts with a blender or knife.
For dressing, crush 2 chicken yolks and mix with sour cream, mustard, butter, lemon juice and salt.
