What do you do in your work?

Our employees work in 11 countries and 60 cities. I became the head of the Kiev division, and my main task at the moment - to open a large office until the end of the year.

I was a co-founder and executive director of game company Nika Entertainment before joining Playrix. It was a successful project, which is largely shaped me as a manager in the gaming industry.

What is your occupation?

School English lessons became my main form. But if we talk about the diplomas of higher education institutions, they have three: philology, pedagogy and law.

I try to learn all the time. From the last learning experience in business schools: training of Executive Directors and the course "Management: management decision-making art."
