What do you do in your work?

Alexander: I design, development, content and maintenance of our own projects.

Selena: I - blog editor Faktrum and Pablo. My part of the work consists in filling the blog content that is search by distributing tasks to the authors, editing finished texts, etc. Blog editing - my main activity for the third year, which occupies all the working hours and non-working too often.

What hardware are using?

Alexander: For my work is important a good big screen, I usually work on a 27 "iMac, however, the old candy bar broke and I sold it and the new have not yet bought.

Now I work on the MacBook Pro / i5 2,5 GHz / 4 GB / 500 GB, sometimes in conjunction with the BENQ 22 "monitor. As the mouse using Magic Mouse, I know many of her difficult relationship, but somehow I just loved her.

Telephone: From the release of the first version use iPhone. Now it is the iPhone 4, all satisfied until I see no reason to change it.

Selena: I have a 11-inch MacBook Air, i7 processor 1.8 GHz, RAM - 4 GB hard drive - 512 GB (not even half full). It is solely a work computer, a small, lightweight, mobile. It weighs less than 1 kg (gram 800 with something), so that when moving irreplaceable - as in a city, and while traveling. The screen would like more, but in principle, enough that even the monitor is not connected.

I also have a iPad and iPhone 5 are configured for total synchronization of all with all, to be in touch around the clock - this work.

What software use?

Alexander: Always I use the actual operating system from Apple.

Firefox browser, read mail, too, in the browser, and notifies me about it on the phone, Mail, Twitter - a classic client poppy (which for some reason are no longer updated), Dropbox, Reeder for RSS, Pages for documents, Filezilla for FTP. Skype is always on-line. Package Adobe.

Selena: Operating System - The current OS X 10.8.3, once out later - I updated. Text Editor - epplovsky Pages, browser - Chrome, e-mail client - built-Mail. Once I set Word for Mac, horrified, demolished: uncomfortable and somehow not "locked up" for Macs. But it was a couple of years ago, perhaps something has changed, there was no need to check. "Pages" with all tasks an excellent job, read all formats, and, if necessary, to convert what you want what you want, so that in conjunction with the PC there is no discomfort.

Mail: before I gladly enjoyed the Sparrow, and better client was not found, but then it was bought by Google... and "killed," now it is not updated for a long time. Search for other good customers, nothing like it has moved to the Mail. Not to say that the best in the world "mailer", but tolerable. Maybe your readers something to advise ...

Twitter: I use multiple accounts, because we lead active in social networks, in this regard, the best there is - it is Tweetdeck, and his yuzayu.

store documents in iCloud, and the other did not keep, so that I have in the cloud and on the hard drive space is full. All current lying on the desktop, from time to time I'm having a clean and almost everything I throw.

As a messenger, I use only Skype, it is on permanently and, as a rule, in the "online". Other modes use very rarely. If I do not answer in Skype, then I moved on for 5-10 minutes. If I do not have the network - sleep.

As for the mail, it is everywhere, all devices include all accounts, checked 24 hours a day. Hand I did not check, of course, come to notice, but it is set on the most frequent checks - every 15 minutes. As I said, the specificity of the profession to be always online.

Is there a place in your paper work?

Alexander: In general I do not use paper.

Selena: From time to time we print out contracts, sometimes writing something in a notebook, but then rarely read. :) Paper left in the past, all the notes, thoughts, plans and current affairs - all electronic media. Office - virtual money - electronic. The future is already here.

Is there a dream configuration?

Alexander: Configuration dreams - is the screen, and iron in the cloud, with any computing power depending on the need at a particular moment. :)

Selena: The same little MacBook, but with a huge fold-out monitor unless. :) And for my PC does not need a game - I play on Xbox or iPad.
