What do you do in your work?
In 2006, I went to the US to get a financial education. Got started working a corporate financial analyst in Manhattan. But after only two years of office career felt the aging signals. I decided that life should be changed.
In 2010 I switched to a raw food diet. I eat raw plant-based foods, mainly fruits and herbs. Before that I was totally illegible in the food, I ate everything. Along with the change in the power supply system for the first time, I began to seriously engage in sports in my life. First bicycle race, then run.
Now I am engaged in consulting in the field of healthy nutrition and fitness, is the coach on the run, organize races and hiking in the mountains New York State, as well as participate in a running race in the ultra-marathon distance (my longest race lasted more than 41 hours).
Healthy eating and even longevity - it is not an end in itself. What is the point of living a long time, if not a sense of fulfillment and joy? What is your occupation?
I'm behind two higher education in Russia - legal and economic - and business school in the United States (MBA in Financial Management). Profession chosen by the principle "the more complex and prestigious, the better."
As you can imagine, my current work has nothing to do with a law degree or the Diploma of financial control. But I do not regret that he had received them, tried to make the most of their education. During study I have gained valuable skills of thinking, which is now a daily use.
We need to develop continuously throughout their lives, constantly expanding the scope of knowledge and interests.
So I got the diploma of the coach on the run, specialist certificate vegan food at Cornell University and licensed guide-wire in the mountains of New York. At the moment, a great interest in psychology and also teach Spanish.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I am inclined to carefully analyze the situation before making a decision. This strong and weak side at the same time. Strong because most often the decision is correct. Weak because sometimes it seriously reduces the quality of productivity.
I am also not the most sociable person, but has good patience and concentration.
How does your workplace?
My work gives me the freedom to choose the workplace.

Because of my work I have a lot of backpacks. But the main two.

What's your daily routine?
My morning is as follows:
- rise without alarm (time varies);
- meditation;

- jogging;

- breakfast (about 11-12 hours).

My work is very varies from day to day. In the near future, for example, I plan to move to Moscow, where I was waiting, too few projects.

Life hacking for those who want to become raw foodists
Raw food diet - it's not just a change of power. This is part of a lifestyle that includes a return (as possible) to the conditions to which the body is adapted by nature. Namely, raw food, regular exercise, prolonged sleep, stay in the open air, low stress, spirituality, rich and positive social relationships.

Based on the raw food diet can recommend the following six years of experience.
- Do not go raw vegan food dramatically: today eat everything, and tomorrow - the only fruit. I myself have come to these rakes. Believe me, a pleasant enough. The first weeks or even months, the body will be shocked! Refuse animal foods, fried foods, foods with preservatives, salt, vinegar and other chemical additives gradually. In parallel, to increase the share of fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet. Try to drink water and fresh juice instead of tea or coffee. The same with exercise.
- Do not expect quick results. All your life you eat cooked food, you're used to. Get rid of this relationship dramatically fail. - The force of habit is huge, use it. Work on the formation of good habits permanently. For example, first you have to force yourself to eat in the morning instead of coffee and fresh oranges.
