Why do you need to make a list of your favorite cases for the day

We used to be ashamed of idleness. But if you consciously plan things that bring you pleasure, you will be more productive.
To find the time for classes that bring you joy, do not have to throw your current job. Of course, it is unlikely your boss will be delighted if every Tuesday after lunch, you will go for a bike ride. And of course, the work is still work, it can not always be fun. But you can consciously regularly do things that you like and in any case do (only rarely) during the week.
Create such a list
Start right tonight. Sit down and write down what activities are most energizes you. In the beginning, specify what you like to do during their ordinary week. (If you do not usually jump with a parachute, dressed in the costume of the proteins do not start with this list item.) Gradually expand the list.
If nothing comes to mind, remember that you loved to do as a child, when to enjoy life is not considered shameful. Finally, write down those activities that you enjoy, but you have not found the time. For example, dancing or climbing.
It now remains to draw up an action plan. Select two or three items from a list that you can accurately perform next week, and make them to your calendar, along with workers affairs. So they turn to the same pressing needs as a meeting or deadline of the project.
For example, your list of favorite cases for the day might look like this:
- meditate;
- go for a run;
- to play the guitar;
- read;
- sing;
- play with the dog;
- look at the clouds.
Not necessarily every day erase from this list all the cases. Even if some items remain unfulfilled, you will still be engaged in favorite things more than before.
You can also schedule a class, the time-consuming, not every day, but on certain days of the week. For example: twice a week to play volleyball or go to singing lessons.
Lists of favorite affairs will help recharge your batteries and enjoy every day we live. Then the job duties you will no longer seem so heavy.
