How to become happier in 15 minutes

1. Plan interesting activities for the year ahead
Work, study and chores often tighten, and we forget that there is something other than a daily routine in the world. If you are tired and sick of everything, spend 15 minutes trying to come up with 12 small adventure, which will help you get out of your comfort zone. It may be, for example, a trip to a nearby town, skydiving or going out on a date - choose what you closer.
Once you come up with 12 interesting activities, give yourself a promise that you will perform one every month throughout the year. Start making plans, not postponing, invented to make you do not go simply writing in a notebook.
2. Coordinate list with their dreams
Imagine yourself in a year, five or ten years. Think about who you want to see yourself, what you want to achieve both personally and professionally. Write down your ideas. Then compare them to your current to-do list. Is everything in it is your long-term goals? If not, please make the necessary changes to the list: something is postponed or canceled, and that, on the contrary, add. Ideally should check list with the long-term plans on a daily basis or at least once a week.
3. Create a happy piggy bank
Find an empty jar or box and write on it "Happy moments". Remember that good things happened to you lately. Write it down on small slips of paper and drop them into the jar.
Every time there is something joyful, refill the piggy bank. And every few months, open it and re-living the happy moments. Simply paying more attention to the good things in your life, you become more optimistic look at the world with time around.
