Almost a year ago, we decided on a co-worker with an adventure: a bet in six months to open a coffee shop and bring it into a plus. Since then we have had many adventures: we opened two coffee shops, fled, I went to do his - and about all that we were told publicly. And it turned out to be our most successful business decisions.
