1. take it easy
You feel devastated, depressed and angry. This is normal. Go home, take a bath, drink a little wine or eat ice cream. Tell yourself that everything will be okay. In the end, it's just a job.
2. Talk to people
Sudden cessation of communicating with people can dramatically affect your psychological state. You used every day to communicate with colleagues - now is the time to meet more often with friends or relatives.
If you feel that you need to talk with a psychologist, find a specialist. There is nothing to be ashamed of.
3. Bring back the confidence
Remember that you were hired to the company because they saw potential in you. But perhaps, with time professional requirements have changed and the employer began to need those skills that you do not have. This does not mean that you are incompetent and a bad employee, just with this company you are on the way.
4. Take a break
Losing a job can be a boon. If you have long dreamed of climbing, or take a trip, then now is the time. You will return home with a clear head and a fresh outlook on life.
5. Look for another job
Look at sacking as an opportunity to try himself in another area and find a place where you will be comfortable to work. Look for jobs, see the requirements and conditions of work, think about what position you are now attracting most. Not necessarily immediately respond to an ad, you can think about and analyze the data that you have found. Do not rush to do this.
6. Work on your problems
If you are dismissed because of lack of professionalism, you have the opportunity to work on the bugs. Think about what you could be doing wrong and how to improve their skills. Sign up for specialized courses, read professional literature.
7. Do not burn bridges
It is not necessary to tear all ties with former colleagues. In the end, one of them can go to another place of work and to recommend to take you to the staff.
8. Open your business
If you have savings, try to open own business. Think about what you can offer people. These may be services or products that you create one or with the team. It should weigh all the pros and cons, and jot down a rough business plan.
