Gmail restrictions during mailings

Morning "Layfhaker" wrote about how to use the Gmail and Google Docs make a list of personalized messages. But then there was a question, but how can there be such a mailing? How many addresses, you can include the fields TO:, CC: or BCC:, that Google did not take you for a spammer.

There are some rules, observing that you can save yourself from future problems.

1. If you use Gmail using POP or IMAP protocols in email clients like Outlook or Mail.app, you can send your letter at the same time not more than 100 recipients. If you breach this restriction, then your account will be blocked for a day with poyaneniem "550 5.4.5 Daily sending quota exceeded."
