The company Dropbox felt cramped in the regular file storage, and decided to become a full-fledged cloud office. More recently, we wrote the appearance in the Dropbox Paper text editor, but now the developers have pleased us with the integration of Adobe software for PDF editing.
According to the developers, published in blog company, starting today on iOS devices, users can easily edit stored in the cloud PDF-documents. This was made possible thanks to recent prisoner agreement between Adobe and Dropbox on closer cooperation.
If your iPhone or iPad has the latest version of Dropbox and Acrobat Reader application, now you can create annotations and comments in electronic documents located in the cloud. To do this, simply open the desired PDF-File in Dropbox app, then click the Edit button in the toolbar. The document then will open in Acrobat Reader, where you can edit it. All the changes made are automatically saved in Dropbox.
It is worth noting that such cooperation for Dropbox founders are not new. previously, we
reported the beginning of cooperation of the company with Microsoft, which saw the emergence of cloud storage integration with Microsoft Office.Works PDF editing function, as we have noted above, only for the iOS platform applications. The emergence of such a possibility in the Dropbox app for Android, expected early next year.
