Owners of the iPhone and Mac is available for a very interesting feature: the use of iPhone as wallpaper photostream. This, of course, there is no need to copy every time new photos to the computer, they will be automatically loaded every time a new image is captured. All that is required, - iPhoto (11+), Mac OS X (Mountain Lion or later updates) and, of course, the very iPhone.
It is obvious that in order to make things work, we will need an iCloud. If for some reason you still do not have an account in the iCloud take a moment of your attention and register a free account on this system. If you have this all right, then move on to the Process.
Step 1: Turn on the "Photo Stream" on the iPhone
In order to your iPhone started automatically sync photos to all your other devices need to enable this feature in the settings. For this:
- Open Settings, and then "the iCloud" and scroll to "Photo Stream"
- Turn on "My photostream" by pressing the switch
Step 2: Turn on Photo Stream in iPhoto
Next in line is worth all known iPhoto. All that it needs to be done - this is again included photostream. For this:
- Open iPhoto and click on the option "Photo Stream" in the menu on the left
- Click on the big blue button "Enable photostream"
Remember, for this feature to work you will need iPhoto version not lower than 11. Also in iCloud must be set the same account as the right inside iPhoto.
IPhoto task is to collect all the photos taken on the iPhone to one folder, which subsequently can be used as wallpaper folder.
Step 3: Select the photostream to desktop settings
This is the final step of our actions is not tricky, which involves the following steps:
- Open the "System Preferences"
- Select "Desktop & Screen Saver" and there select "Screensaver"
- Select the Photo Stream iPhoto
