Frankly, I rarely play in the race for mobile gadgets, preferring larger arcade or puzzle games, however, Touch Racing Nitro, about which I will tell readers today, made me take a fresh look at the familiar game genre.
The first thing that caught my eye and what I have not seen in any other similar game, it's a very interesting control system. The direction and speed of your car are controlled by a single finger, rather than the usual device tilt and pressing the gas / brake pedals.
The farther away from the cars on the screen, you place your finger, the faster it will start to go. Therefore, in order to slow down the speed, you want to move your finger closer to the car.
Unfortunately, sometimes you can not calculate the forces, then the racing car will be outside route, or go in the wrong direction, but to get out of a difficult situation, you can use the buttons Reset.
The second finger is designed to use the stockpiled nitro-boosters, significantly accelerating your car and allows you to overtake opponents on straight track. At the beginning of each race it is given 3 nitro, but during the passage you can find additional boosters.
The game provides three levels of complexity - from beginners to ace, and 3 Tournament 6 races, two of which are closed at the beginning and require sequential passage of each tournament. And the points earned you can change to the new, faster cars.
Of course, it takes some time for it to adapt to the management system, however, has after some time you can take pleasure with various routes, leaving their rivals to swallow dust. Incidentally, one of the strengths of the game is very enjoyable and productive 3D-graphics, which surely even works on my old iPod touch.
But the downside to the game can be attributed, perhaps, the high cost, the lack of multiplayer, which here would definitely not hurt, and adapted for the iPad application.
