How deceiving us in the supermarkets
Get Rich / / December 20, 2019
Just I want to warn that it is not in every supermarket cheat their customers. I want to believe that there are stores that are willing to work honestly and within the law. Also, not every point of this article is suitable to a supermarket, where you make a purchase, or even to your country. On certain tricks come in supermarkets Russia, to the tricks of another kind can go to the supermarkets in Ukraine and so on.
I will not mention in this article law, because in many countries it is different from each other. But I advise you to get acquainted with consumer rights in your country. It will serve as a good shield, and sometimes with the sword in the fight against dishonest sellers.
Read labels on packages
The first rule of a supermarket - read the label on the package carefully. If the packaging is pasted a sticker, which is completely sealed with one more likely, you want to cheat. Of course, it does not rule out the possibility that the changed price of the product, but may store employees artificially increased shelf life.
Very often on the shelves are already overdue items. Especially it concerns semi-finished products and jelly. Not advised to buy meat and dairy products, which has a long shelf life. Save properties of this product can only be subject to all conditions: you have a certain space and a certain temperature of storage. And where is the guarantee that the supermarket staff adhere to these rules?
Good product - fresh goods.
Do not buy cooking
Many supermarkets have cooking department. Usually there is a kitchen, which prepares a variety of cuts, salads and dishes. I think it is no secret that such preparations often use products that are about to be spoiled or, even worse, the shelf life of which has expired.
Also, the big question is, how to prepare these foods. Do use clean knives, whether regularly wash and wipe tables and cutting boards. Missing products can be a source of many different diseases. Staphylococci, streptococci, gonococci, coliform bacteria. If you do not want to get acquainted with these lovely creatures, you should avoid visiting the culinary department of the supermarket.
Do not get fooled by the action
Supermarkets like to lure their customers with the help of the shares. They are even willing to spend certain funds for leaflets that come in your mailboxes or directly into the hands near the entrance to the subway, and just in public places. Cucumbers are 20% cheaper, three kilograms of potatoes for the price of two, sausage twice cheaper. All this, of course, attracts our attention, and we go to the supermarket to save.
For products that are sold on the stock, should be treated with great caution.
Again carefully read the information on packages, check the shelf life, date of manufacture and appearance of products. If the commodity is pasted only the factory sticker, you can relax a little. Violations by the factories are much less common than with the owners and employees of supermarkets.
Do not buy cut
I do not advise to buy slicing sausages and cheeses in supermarkets. There, as in cooking, also very often get expired products. Sliced cheese for 500 rubles per kilogram can "accidentally" get 50-100 grams of cheese, 100 rubles per kilogram. And you will notice it only at home when the package will open and get to the middle of the cut.
Pay attention to the appearance of the goods
Thoroughly inspect the goods. When the chicken has frozen bruises, most likely, it was thawed and then it froze again. Nothing useful, this procedure does not work.
Other
Stick sausages, smoked especially, have a shrinkage property. That is, for a certain time the sausage is simply getting smaller. Sticker can be specified allowable percentage of shrinkage. But still I advise you to weigh the sausage again. This can save you a few dozen rubles.
Expensive items are placed at the level of your eyes, cheaper - lower or higher.
Goods, shelf life which is coming to an end, are placed as close as possible to the edge of the shelf. Fresh products are placed as close as possible to the rear of the shelves and refrigerators.
Buy More by the list. In supermarkets, not just placed the important departments as far as possible from each other. After all, the road from the bread department to jelly on your eyes will fall still many products that you do not need, but that supermarkets will gladly sell.
After receiving the check, try to remember the price specified on the price tags, and compare them with those that are specified in the check.
If they are different - refer to the cashier. Keep an eye on the number of punched products. Three yogurt can easily turn into four.
Be careful, watch out for price tags, stickers and appearance of products. Do not take damaged, broken and crumpled products. This can save not only your wallet but also life.
