Holding the camera standing
Stand so your feet are perpendicular to your subject: this will help to make fewer unnecessary movements. Keep your arms to your sides. If this is not done, the hand with the camera will shake.
Find the balance point. For any combination of camera and lens we can find a position in which no part is not outweigh. Then, at long shooting you will be less tired arm.
Hold the camera close to the face and look in the optical viewfinder. If you hold the camera at arm's length and focus only on the display, the probability of obtaining a blurred image will be higher.
Before you pull the trigger, slowly exhale: so your hands will tremble less. This trick is also used when shooting from long-range rifle.
Holding the camera with battery grip
If you have a camera with a battery grip, you can try to keep her on the shoulder. This method is useful when you need to shoot with a very slow shutter speed, but do not want to increase the ISO or open the diaphragm.
Compared with hands shaking shoulders are usually smaller, and hence the chance of getting blurry frame also smaller.
Do not try to keep as a normal camera. She is too small. If you put it on your shoulder, it's hard to be something to see through the viewfinder.
Place the camera on the left shoulder. Experiment and find the most comfortable position.
Look through the viewfinder left eye. Right hand to hold cameraAnd the left stick to the right hand. This will ensure maximum camera stability.
And do not forget to breathe.
Holding the camera with telephoto lens
A telephoto lens is much heavier than usual, so you need to hold the camera a bit differently.
Special holder for a telephoto lens to use is not very convenient. It is better to unplug or move it.
Find the balance point. Bottom hold the lens with your hand.
Stand so your feet are perpendicular to the subject. Here it is especially important, because the camera is quite heavy.
Keep your arms to your sides. Hold the camera close to their face and exhale.
How to hold the camera, leaning against something
Not to lubricate the photo, you can also lean against some fixed object, such as a tree, a wall or a machine. So you can shoot even with a very slow shutter speed and not be afraid to spoil the picture.
To enhance the stability elbows close to the sides and bring your camera close to the face.
How to hold the camera while sitting
Squatting comfortably take pictures children or to take pictures with a low camera angle. So as not to shake, rest his elbows on his knees.
More can be lowered one knee on the ground, and the second to put his elbows.
