Negative thoughts - obstacles that you build on the way of life in harmony with itself. Do not do like this.
1. I do not sit around
We are obsessed with productivity and success. Because of this, it seems that you should always be doing something. But in any case we are haunted by the feeling that we are trying is not enough. Let go of the idea. Without a constant internal pressure, you will be able to relax and take pleasure in all their affairs.
2. Find inner harmony is very difficult

7. I'm around to be perfect
To engage in self-development is now fashionable. But most of the works on a not a sincere need to improve the society around them, and because of the belief that they have some kind of flaw. This causes constant stress. Let it go and love yourself for who you are now.
8. I owe it to the world
Sometimes gratitude grows into a sense of duty. We are painfully trying to prove to others that we stand for something. But letting go of this feeling, you're really your potential.
9. In my past I have been a difficult period
we are so often grows together with bad memoriesThat they prevent us to enjoy the present. We identify ourselves with this experience and share it with all friends. But this is not all that you have. Such memories are less important than you think. Let them go.
