Alone 10 minutes and a world
A Life / / December 19, 2019
I suggest you spend 10 minutes watching a performance at the TEDSalon London Fall 2012 Andy Paddikoma specialist, conscious of being, in which he tells how 10 minutes a day spent on the focus on the present moment and the total immersion in the "here and now" can change your consciousness.
If earlier joked on "toilet magazines", but now, perhaps, it is time to make a joke about toilet applications and games. We do not release from the hands of a means of communication throughout the day for a second. We are constantly in touch. We are always something to read, or just browse. We can not even 5 minutes to stand or sit quietly alone without having to not reach for the phone or a computer.
Moreover, without it we feel uncomfortable. We were uncomfortable and in a strange way. We, as if afraid to be alone with your thoughts and with the surrounding reality (not virtual). Maybe we are afraid of what we learn about yourself, if only for 5 minutes, drowning out all the digital noise?
