Elizabeth Gilbert a genius, inspiration, muses and other mythical creatures
A Life / / December 19, 2019
Elizabeth Gilbert, author of "Eat, Pray, love," says the creative process and what it meant by the definition of "genius". It will be useful to see and hear, not only creative individuals, but also to those involved in any other work.
How not to burn out? How not to be afraid of failure after the staggering success? It's simple - go back a couple of centuries ago, and imagine that it's not you - a genius, and that your creation - it is rather a collective creativity than exclusively yours. The ancient Greeks believed that insight we bring spirits or demons. The ancient Romans believed that help create the genius and the Muses, who live in the workshops of the walls. And if something goes wrong, as we would like, then simply "genius" was not in the mood;)
After watching this video, the phrase "get lucky by the tail" does not seem so, and meaningless. Do not yawn, catch your luck and inspiration for the tail, and if it's not going well, ask for inspiration from his muse home - though not greedy.
Fun and inspirational you Friday weekend!
