Most emoticons do not have a specific value, so they can be interpreted as anything. One of those - the inverted mug. However, it does not suit Reddit users. They decided to find out what is Smiley.

"Okay" or "I do not know." I'm posting it when something does not agree, but the question to me indifferent. This is as a collection of ignorance and indifference.

Use it as a normal smile, but in an ironic context. I also saw some so showed a sense of madness.
