Your opinion. Soaps - a waste of time or work of art?

Long live Friday's trade! Open discussion among commentators and editors. Today, we discuss the series and their place in our lives. Serial maniacs and their haters, film lovers mini format and arthouse lovers, regulars Netflix and normal people come to the light and express my opinion: serials - good or badly?

The world is divided in half. Some people love soap operas, ready to spend hours admiring the work of operators and the writers, know by heart replicas heroes, hard drinking and watching the seasons wear t-shirts with your favorite characters.

Others believe serials most useless and pointless life, prefer books and hobby, not watched a single series "Game of Thrones" and do not know about the existence of Netflix. Happy people. ;)

Everything is poison and everything is medicine - the only question is dose. I am categorically against binge watching season, but do not mind to see the evening a series of high-quality artwork.

Soaps - the most egregious of time eaters (after computer games, of course). No, really: You did not seem to mind seeing one series, but behind it is inevitable followed by a second, third... In general, it is better not even start.
