I had to do most of the work, prepare the training course program and to teach, to go to training, learn English, socialize with friends, have fun and, most importantly, take a break from this. One should also bear in mind that I freelance and had to organize its work. And basically, I was able to develop a simple system.
I do not want to delve into the theory: I am a practitioner and not a theoretician. I just share the basic ideas and principles. It is not a dogma, and not everyone can come. But who knows, maybe for you, this article will be helpful.

How to use
Hopefully, the general logic of the work is clear: the problem of going to the pools that are linked to certain areas, created a calendar and time is given for each area, which will be carried out their plan.
