"At least once a day soup should be in the stomach" - something like this with slight variations sounds saying about the benefits of soup. But why soup is considered so healthy options that you can not do lunch without him?
Today, probably, everyone knows that the soup has not necessarily. Why is there a love for soups? Because it is a relatively simple and cheap way to fill your stomach. Let's think: what in the soup this really useful, which may not be in other dishes?
