Today I want to offer you a very simple and delicious summer recipe that accidentally caught my eye, and I decided to test it immediately. It turned out tasty, cook it very fast and easy, the ingredients can be bought in any store or on the market, so that you might like!
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs. (About 0.5 kg);
- White light green onion / leek - 1 onion;
- Garlic - 2 cloves;
- olive oil - 75-100 ml / butter - 50 g;
- dried herbs (basil, oregano or thyme) to taste;
- salt and pepper to taste.
preparation
Zucchini rubbed on a coarse grater and leave just a few minutes, went to excess moisture. While resting zucchini, finely chopped onion and garlic. Preheat the pan on olive oil or butter, and send the fried onion and garlic. Once the onions began to acquire a golden color, add the zucchini to the pan pressed, dried herbs, salt and pepper to taste and start to simmer. As a result, the mass should be very smooth and the consistency a bit like jam.
Shift the finished oil in a jar or container for storage, wait until it cools down, and sending in a refrigerator. I have to say that it tastes best eaten cold. We tried a slightly dried bread and just as a supplement to the mashed potatoes. I think that the rice will also be delicious.
The main sign that the dish turned out really delicious - is approval of our seven-year gourmet. Ivan ate it with great pleasure (and children rarely eat these dishes with vegetables), so I can confidently say this is true delicious!
