Breakfast ideas: Baked oladushek

We have already made sure that the preparation of a delicious breakfast does not take much time, and tea, coffee and sandwiches can be replaced with something more interesting. For example, a huge baked pancakes. Unlike their fried counterparts, it does not require a lot of oil for cooking, you do not need to stand at the stove, and more oladushek not fall off after removing from heat, and remains surprisingly lush.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (175 g) flour;
- 1 teaspoon (8 g) soda;
- ¼ cup (50 g) of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) of apple cider vinegar;
- 1 ¼ cup (300 ml) of yogurt;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of vegetable oil.
Despite the original way of cooking, kneading technique similar to the one that we are used to comply with preparing regular pancakes.
The first step is a pre-mix the sifted flour with the baking soda.
Separately, beat the eggs and sugar. If you want to add any perfume - now is the time.
Yogurt mix with a small amount of apple cider vinegar. Increasing the acid content of milk drinks so we are guaranteed to repay the entire soda added. Pour the yogurt to the eggs and whisk again.
Now is the time to combine the dry ingredients with liquids. In the case of pancakes this should be done without much excitement. Here nedomeshat better than to overdo it and make the dough rubber after baking.
Grease or form pan for baking with oil and pour the resulting dough. At this stage, it is possible to add any additives: fresh or frozen fruit, chocolate or candied fruit. We chose a cherry.
Lay out all the add-ons, send oladushek in the oven for 15-18 minutes at 220 degrees.
Serve, sprinkled with powdered sugar, or adding honey, butter, sour cream, jam.
