The OS X Yosemite appeared many new features and improvements. In particular, we received an updated, more "intelligent» Spotlight, which became even more functional. However, in order for it to work properly with your computer to Google, Apple and Bing sent data about your search queries. If you are worried about your privacy, the sending of such data can be disabled and I now I will tell you how to do it.
When you use your Mac with the default settings, the data is all that you are looking for in the Spotlight Safari or go to Apple, and you used a search engine. It is not clear why your data should be sent to Apple. However, only use this for anonymous search engines like DuckDuckGo, makes no sense, because to disable outbound and use familiar search tools we need only to remove a couple of ticks in settings.
Disable the sending of data in Spotlight
In the Spotlight tinctures we need to shut down offers Spotlight and Search the web with Bing. These two points are on the tab searching results (Bing at the very end of the list).
Disable sending data from Safari
In Safari preferences, we need to disable only one option, namely Enable Spotlight Suggestions. It can be found under Search in Safari preferences.
That's because, in a couple of clicks, you can easily prevent the invasion of your privacy. Someone might say that this is paranoia, however, if this is important to you - now that you know the solution.
