After installation box Drag Gmail converted to the task manager in the system kanban. By default, it created three boards: "To fulfill» (To Do), «in progress» (Doing) and "Completed» (Done). Boards can drag and rename, and in the presence of a paid subscription you are free to create as many as you like.
Every letter is a task: click on the red icon with a pencil to set the deadline, add subtasks and notes. Tasks can be created manually, without tying them to incoming messages. expansion interface is simple and allows you to comfortably view the same letter, and like Drag elements, and how simple messages in a box.
On the boards, you can work not only alone, but also in the team. To invite a person, just click on the button Invite Member at the top right and enter his email address. By the way, just to the right of this button is available just a message board control menu and switch off the expansion, which quickly return the box to its standard form.
For personal use, the free version is enough Drag. If you want to open additional functions or work effectively in a team, you have to arrange Pro or Team membership.
