How to cook homemade ramen

For us instant noodles has become a symbol of the student meager diet, but in fact it can be easily turned into a hearty, fast and quite a authentic lunch if vary the ingredients and change technique cooking.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500 ml) broth;
- 1 block instant noodles;
- 2-3 mushroom;
- a handful of boiled shrimp;

- 2 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 egg yolk or whole egg boiled;
- lime juice to taste.
