Drafting training plan

In general, a mobile application VirtuaGym almost completely repeats site functionality, plus is equipped with a virtual coach. The process of training is as follows. After starting the application, you open your calendar and start sessions scheduled for today complex exercise. Exercising is accompanied by a trainer count and clear graphical instruction. We made the desired number of repetitions, a little rest, the following exercise. And so on until the full implementation of the complex.
Despite the fact that the program offers us a fairly rigid scheme of the exercises, we may at any time put a counter on pause, edit the actual number of repetitions, add their exercise in the complex. Thus there is some possibility to adjust the complex by itself.
