Google collecting some user data for a long time not a secretBut a recent update this privacy policy goes beyond what is permitted.
The roots of this story go to the privacy policy that Google has updated June 28. The document lists the data that the company collects about users of its services. In addition to proprietary information about the device and its work, now Google receives the following information:
- the phone number and the numbers of all incoming calls;
- numbers used for call forwarding;
- information about the time, date and duration of each call;
- information about the recipients of your text message.
German resource Mobilsicher.de I checked it out and found out that the smart phone based on Android is trying to connect to Google servers for each call. Therefore, we can not say that the company has just updated its privacy policy, just in case. These are really going.
Such information could well be used to create profiles for each user Android. Just do not know who will use this information: Google or the US government.
In general, events took an unexpected turn, which can have certain consequences for the US company.
