The program works in three modes:

1. Keeps Google Calendar events in Microsoft Outlook;
2. Saves the Microsoft Outlook calendar events to Google Apps
3. Synchronizes both the calendar, filling otstutstvie place.

Possible to set synchronization interval (the default is 2 hours). The program runs in the system tray and completely invisible. Not without a spoon of tar in the ointment.
