Tricks of the big Office. Using OneNote for doing business

Task lists can be simple or complex. I, of course, for the simple. But you know what usually turns out to be? They stop working after a while. And that in my opinion it is logical: the original fuse is lost, and there is no appeal, and no intrigue, that cools the ardor.
A simple list of works well on paper. Literally. That is, if you keep it in a notebook where you can write down something in the fields apart from him, draw, etc. This indicates that we are beings never linear, and sort the information as it makes a relational database - not in our nature. We need freedom, and that is why I came to the conclusion that on current projects in electronic form in Windows I prefer to work in... OneNote.
Outlook Tasks are good, without any reservations. I love them, but they are - the problem. If you need to organize a project, think about it, draw - nothing better OneNote. You can even sing little note can imagine. But, back to the point. Upon receipt of the message (this is optional, projects do not always start with the posts), I'm looking for some one-click page in OneNote.
Then I it or move to "the Projects" section, or even think of a separate section of the whole institution and whether the "notebook". Now I can add comments, sub-pages and even paint. But the most interesting thing for me is that I have at any time, can turn any text into the task, press Ctrl + 1. And I am not afraid that the problem will turn scattered, and why. I can always issue a command that all of them will tell me.
I get the same results pane:
1) Please note that I can ask only show outstanding tasks (selecting it does not expect to see all sorts of question marks, etc.)
2) I can limit the search, it is convenient to separate contexts
3) I do have to use the Refresh button, a context switch
But that's not all - working with the OneNote, I can not only just a quick search for information, it is able and Windows Search and Google Desktop Search. I can search for and in pictures (Evernote users know what I mean). And this search is fantastically fast. And, mind you, in the results list priststvuet recognized text to the screenshot. In addition, in contrast to the universal search, I'm here looking for relevant information: completed projects I transfer to the archive.
So, I can easily get a list of tasks. I am not limited in the choice of place notes on the page, how to place the problem of where to put the illustrations. And I just get a list, and I'm still also can find a screenshot of the error in the text of the second.
