Circuit functional training - These are complex workouts that affect all the physical qualities of those involved: speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and agility.
The duration of the lesson is 25-30 minutes.
The workouts include a warm-up and 5 laps of 5 exercises per circuit. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds, then move on to the next exercise. Rest 1.5 minutes between circles.
Power training - these are sets of strength exercises with your own body weight, with bottles and eggplants, with rubber bands and dumbbells (if available). Training helps strengthen the joint-ligamentous apparatus and muscle corset.
Stretching - These are workouts consisting of exercises aimed at increasing the flexibility of the whole body. The selected sets of exercises will not only increase the amplitude of movements, but also relieve the musculoskeletal system, and also work on posture.
Self-defense - these are trainings that include teaching the basic technique of striking with hands, elbows, legs, and knees; technique of blocks and avoidance of blows; correct fall technique. At each stage of studying a complex of technical elements, combinations of striking, protective and combined techniques will be compiled.
Mixed aerobics - these are workouts that include a complex of basic steps of aerobics, Zumba, steps on a step platform and body combat (body combat - a fitness variation of various martial arts strikes to music).
Coordination training - These are workouts that include exercises to develop dexterity and motor-coordination abilities, including with balls, with the speed and coordination ladder, with chips, no items.
