Review of "Air" program for Twitter (6 + 3)

Twitter is gaining popularity steadily, forcing all the usual means of communication. Some completely switch to microblogging, while others are using Twitter to promote your main site, translating short notes about its updates. Even presidents now have accounts on Twitter! Such an increase in the popularity of this service has led to the emergence of many programs. About a few of them, I will talk about below. What unites them all is that they are working in abobe Air.

This is a simple client for lovers of minimalism. There are only sending a message with a counter showing the number of unread messages and the latest responses. It works fast, minimalist design. The tray does not clot.

Beautiful and functional client. Knows how to practically everything. When you first start may not display Cyrillic characters - go into settings and set the Russian language. Can automatically translate links in short, using multiple services. You can add through services and image. The work is accompanied by beautiful animation.

There is a panel of answers, groups, built-in search, you can keep the conversation locally. It runs in the system tray. For each type of message settings update check interval. Impressions of the work in it - only positive, I recommend!

An interesting client that works not only with Twitter, but also with other social services (for example, the popular Facebook, Friendfeed, Flickr). But if the other services it can only update your status, the more fulfilling it Twitter: writing, shows Fallaway. There are filters, which can filter out messages from specific contacts. Runs in the system tray, beautiful animation, fast and easy.

As with the previous client, it is also able to work on multiple social networks. The program can insert short links, shows individual bookmarks are different kinds of messages. I interface seemed cumbersome, not very convenient.

Compact and beautiful client who knows how all that could allow Twitter: nice and clear display different messages, insert pictures and short links search, filter, display the available number of connections with the service (points restriction 100 with the counter of requests), displays the popup notice. Quite good!

One of the most functional "air" applications. It has an interesting interface that allows you to display different types of messages in several columns. The number of columns can be changed, as well as the fact that they will be displayed - useful if you are tracking several interesting films. The client is able to shorten links using several services, insert images, it has many interface options.

The message window is not located at the bottom, like all customers, and at the top. The main window can shrink to a single tape, and move between the ribbons with the slider below. Beautiful interface, smooth animation, no problems with Cyrillic. Excellent app, I recommend!

In the rest - it's quick and easy client with a nice interface. Little opportunity for contact management and various messages. There are Snitter, as well as handsome Spaz - beautiful "air" application, able to pretty much everything (Skinabelny interface, quick links, images, work with contacts, broadcast in the Ping.fm, and more etc.).

I think that everyone can decide himself what his client to choose. Of all the above, I would have preferred Spaz customers, DestroyTwitter or TweetDeck.
