If your team works primarily in the cloud space, it is quite difficult at first to put the scanned documents to a local folder and then upload to the cloud. ScanDrop will make the process more efficient by providing the ability to download the document directly to cloud storage, such as Dropbox, Evernote, Google Docs and OfficeDrop Online. You will also soon be able to immediately create a document in PDF format on the basis of the scanned document, to avoid lengthy conversion process.
When sending documents using ScanDrop in Google Docs, you get a text that can be edited. Other built-in features of the application allow you to change the page order, delete and organize files and tag them.
