What should I do if Windows 10 hangs during the upgrade

Clear the cache and restart the update service

DISM / Online / Cleanup-Image / RestoreHealth

SFC / Scannow

Perform a clean boot

Download the file with the application, unzip and run UpdateGenerator.exe. Note that the Windows version, for which you want to install updates, and then click Start.
