30 good habits that will train all areas of life

But first, let us remember how the plant habits and stick to them:
- Build up their habit. Do not limit your intention to run three times a week. Select a day and time, and make it to the calendar. Then stick to the selected schedule.
- Create a trigger. For example, an alarm clock, a calendar event or a particular action (you sit in traffic or go home). Over time, the brain will remember that this is followed by a certain habit.
- Do not miss a single day for three weeks. During this time formed loop habits. Then the action will be automatic.
- Shift into the habit at a time. Do not handle several at once. Go to the next only when the previous habit strengthened enough.
Relationship
1. If you are with a partner for a long time together, do not forget once a week to go on dates. This is an opportunity to strengthen your bond and socialize away from everyday affairs. Joint evening at home for this will not work.
2. Before you jump out of bed immediately after the alarm, take a few minutes to chat with your partner.
3. Call parents once a week. If you forget, set yourself a reminder in your calendar. Or combine conversation with some household chores.
4. Decide how much communication you need. If you are an introvert, most likely, you just once a week for dinner with a good friend, and spend the weekend with his family. If an extrovert, you might want to go somewhere to get a couple of times a week and at the weekend to meet with a group of friends.
5. Set aside one evening a week or part of a weekend out to go somewhere with friends. For example, take a trip out of town, go to a concert or play sports. This strengthens the relationship.
6. Try to meet with five new people every week. Or ten, or one. It depends on how you currently need expand the social circle.
