Throw stone in water. Circles show which task is more important

I have already written about one of the ways to remind yourself of important things - all-day tasks. You can use events only to remind you, and you can use the notes field and to describe the mini-do list. Moreover, the Tab key will allow you to organize the hierarchy of affairs that may have to be simple and enough planning process for small projects. Personally, I often do not do anything. However, before I was often plagued by doubts about the adequacy of the usual three flags importance: Low-Medium-High. The question is not even gradations, and in the absence of meaning.
So I found a different way of determining the importance of the problem. Them and without that there is not one, not two, but my me, as you may guess, closer.
It is simple: you just have to think about what kind of time covered by the effect of the performance or non-performance tasks (throwing a stone into the water of your life). If the problem does not affect, even for a week - Move it, MB it does not need to do, but
morning work-out on your list of influences for a few years, and perhaps for life, making clear that is really important.Just a few examples:
- Starting a new project at work - a year or two for sure, and in the future - and more new projects and waves on a large chunk of your life.
- Paper presented at the conference - the months, and perhaps years, suddenly you're a new Steve J.?
- Even a fleeting meeting with a business angel can change your life, the same way, as well as the publication of summary, without spelling and grammar check. It would seem a trifle, but on my scale is impossible - every character in it is worth a week, if not more ...
Such are the "long-lasting" problems and should be yours "VIP-clientsยป. They need not even have time, and the corresponding relationship. Since they need to "blow off motes" and grooming, never bungles.
In my opinion exactly what you can do what you can tell your grandson, do not show him the same roll erased and forgotten tasks, right?
