Today I want to present to you a technique that I call "Zero mess." It allows you to:
- leave in your life just important things and get rid of all unnecessary;
- inoculate yourself healthy habits that help to maintain order;
- learn to put things back where you took them.
I can not promise that you will learn the order of the day: it will take a little more time. But you can start right now!
1. Select zero clutter zone
Define the home or work place, which will become a zone of zero disorder. This space will expand until it covers the entire home or office. For example, you can select the area of the zero clutter the kitchen table. Remember, this is only the beginning.
2. Uber in the selected place
Look at all that is in your area of zero disorder. Which of these things do you need? What do you like and use regularly? These are your basic necessities.
Everything else should be removed: either give to charity or discarded.
Collect unnecessary things and leave near the door, so as not to forget them endure.
3. Define your place for everything
At this stage in the zero zone of confusion must be only the most necessary things. And they want their place, you appoint them. If this is not a painting or other decorative item, remove items in a drawer, cabinet or another storage. Not just throwing things in boxes - do it wisely.
4. Learn how to return the items to the place of

5. Maintain perfect order in the selected area

6. Expand zero disorder zone
If as a starting point you choose the kitchen table, start to expand the area of the other working surface. To free from all unnecessary new small surface, you will need 5-10 minutes. Make it a rule to expand your zero clutter zone in the morning and in the evening - very soon the whole house or office is clean and tidy.
Summary
This is a very simple technique that requires you very little time. If you are busy, get only 10 minutes of cleaning twice a day, and continue to put in order the selected location, as soon as an opportunity. If you have more time - excellent!
