Work on yourself: how to begin to change

In the comments to my first article I was asked about how to find their mission and determine the direction of changes in life. In this article I would like to answer this question and suggest a few simple techniques that you can try out immediately after reading.

The first thing you have to understand, when we got in the way of change - a new standard to which you aspire, do not correspond to what you have at this stage. 2. How to make the act itself?

Now, try to be as honest and write detailed answers to these questions. In our example with a strong relationship to the old standards could include loneliness, lack of understanding, emotional instability, and so on. Among the new - emotional support, a pastime, a happy marriage.

3. Live by the new standards. Today!
