Why smartphones are just as harmful as cigarettes

Every year we become attached to gadgets all the stronger, though, and refuse to admit it. Every minute, the need for a smartphone - it's just another bad habit, and it has its price.
Smartphones are destroying our attention

Remove the phone away if:
- you forget what it is - enjoy full live communication without "smoke breaks" in the Network;

- you want a smartphone simplified your life, rather than replace it. Stop continuously pass through a huge flow of information, because sooner or later it will have to pay for your brain;

- you do not want your growing inattentiveness jeopardized relationships with loved ones.
