Oscura Second Shadow - excellent platforming for fans of dark stories

Most recently left the game Oscura Second Shadow, the second part of the wonderful platformer Oscura. The forces of evil are on the alert, they once again decided to steal the Stone of Aurora to sink magical land in eternal darkness. But, after the abduction, the stone was split into many pieces, which are scattered around the world. And Oscura keeper must re-assemble them together to his native land at peace and quiet.

The game is dark, atmospheric, in the style of the first part and is akin to the notorious and Limbo Badland. This is a typical platfomer with crumbling cliffs, swings and moves boxes. Despite his strange appearance, good Oscura is struggling to resist the forces of darkness. Throughout the game he has to bypass the numerous obstacles and the various monsters that destroy the dream of our protagonist.

Oscura himself to kill the monsters in the game can not, it just bypasses them with tricks. He runs to the left and to the right, makes single and double jumps, but his weapon is slowing down time, which is possible due to the particles of light, occurring during each level. Depending on how much you have collected particles, the time can be slowed down with varying duration.

The danger lies in wait for our hero at every turn, so you constantly die during each round. After an unsuccessful outcome you continue to pass the level from the last saved point, and in the game they are street lights.

Levels are complex enough to end their four-star need to really try. I confess, I still could not get any of them more than three stars. At the end of the level takes into account the different parameters: the passage of time, the collected particles of light, the gears and the number of lives lost.

The drawback of the game is a relatively small number of levels, there are only 20. The price of toys is 99 rubles. So, if you are not a fan of the first part of the Oscura, the best solution is to wait for the sale and purchase this dark platformer at a discounted price.
