On a plot of Earn to Die you find yourself in an abandoned small town surrounded by zombies. The Government has prepared an evacuation plan, you only need to get to the military base. At the disposal only an old car, painfully reminiscent of the legendary Volkswagen Beetle.

Chasing on this machine, you have to get from point A to point B alive. For each downed zombies is given a small reward. Virtual money you can spend a to improve the car - the installation of weapons and auxiliary fuel tanks, the replacement of wheels and a motor.

Earn to Die offers three game modes. In the beginning, there is only one - story: you have to go through the whole campaign. Once this is done, you will get the opportunity just to kill some time (free ride) or to compete in the championship. In the latter mode, all players (including you) is given a fixed amount of virtual money that can be spent on the completion of the machine. Then, the countdown begins. The time that it took you to pass, compared with the result of all the other players.
