Bought ships, of course, can be improved by purchasing new equipment. It is established forever, but the equipment, supplies, and boosters are spent during the fighting. I bought everything for a well-earned silver in the battles. There are also gold for purchases, purchased for real rubles, but there is heavy reliance on investment.
