Another summer, fresh dish that can be prepared in just a 5 minutes and without having to stand at the stove. Fast, tasty and healthy. And that for me is not so unimportant, may have quite a few different variations.
The original recipe ingredients can not please everyone (a mixture of mint and cucumber is quite atypical for us), so I suggest a slightly modified version of a universal flavor.

Ingredients: mint leaves, cucumber, 1 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation. And Cucumber mint leaves are crushed and mixed with yogurt, wine vinegar, salt and pepper. This mixture is fed with fresh vegetables (celery, bell pepper, carrots). It is advisable to clean the seeds from the cucumber.
As I said before, a mixture of mint and cucumber for many it may be quite strange, so the mixture can easily be converted into a more familiar, replacing mint for dill. More can be added to a little young garlic.

Another interesting option advised Anastasia Goloborodko, author and owner of the culinary blog spoon.com.ua. On 1 liter of yogurt rub on a coarse grater, two cucumber, young garlic to taste, green onions and cut into several kinds of favorite herbs. Anastasia advises mixture of parsley, cilantro and dill - turns out very tasty!

And, you can not mix the cucumber with yogurt and make a cucumber and cheese canapes. Cut cucumber slices 1-1.5 cm thick, make a mixture of cottage cheese with Greek yogurt, salt, black pepper and herbs (your choice) and spread on cucumber. Top can be decorated with leaves of lettuce, mung bean, green basil or dill.
Or cut the cucumber on thicker rings (3-3.5 cm) and make them into baskets for yoghurt-curd mass.
If you connect the imagination, the options will be more! The main thing is not afraid to experiment. The more so that the ingredients are not so rare and expensive. So safely, because the summer - the perfect time for culinary fantasies;)
