How to remove the cheeks: 5 exercises for toned face

Perform these exercises every day. And after 2-3 days you will notice that the person become more fit.
Of course, exercise will not help you get rid of body fat, the number of which depends on the volume of your cheeks. But the exercises strengthen the muscles that need exercise, and helps you to quickly tighten the skin after weight loss.
All exercises will take you no more than 10 minutes.
1. Exercise with a protruding chin
Gently pull the chin forward and put his lower lip at the top. Lift the corners of the mouth, and then his chin. Push the tongue on the palate and count to 10.
Repeat the exercise 10 times.
2. Exercise with puffed-out cheeks
Inflate cheeks. Slowly move air from one cheek to another over the upper teeth. Do this as slowly as possible.
Repeat 10 times.
3. Stretching the muscles of the chin
This exercise works out chewing muscles, helping prevent the appearance of a double chin and cheeks drooping.
Close the lips and teeth. Disconnect the teeth and, without opening his mouth, apply the lower jaw forward as much as possible. Hold this position for 5 seconds and then return back to the jaw.
Repeat 10 times.
4. Smile resistance
Push down on the cheeks index, middle and ring fingers and try to smile, overcoming resistance. Hold smile to 5 seconds.
Repeat 10 times.
5. Exercise "Fish"
Strongly retract the cheeks as if portraying fish. Try to smile and feel how tense the muscles of the cheeks. Keep position 10 seconds.
Repeat the exercise 10 times.
