It offers two basic models: a version for monitor (30 LEDs) and a version for TV (60 LEDs). There are quite simple - 10 LEDs, but it is only suitable for the smallest monitors.

Version for TVs equipped with an external power supply. Also in its favor is the large number of LEDs that gives greater area illumination (lights up wider and higher, in other words). If these options are not appropriate for whatever reasons, you can contact the developers: for a small fee they will offer a modified version.

PaintPack, in fact, is a small building, to which both sides are connected removable LED strip. Box stuffed bears the indicators and power connector and microUSB for PC connection. There is a master connector (proprietary) for serial connection of two devices.

Adjustment is made by means of a package AmbiBox. Go to the menu "intelligent lighting", choose how to screen capture and one of the proposed program of work modes:

1. Static background - set any color, regulated LEDs glow.
2. Color music - lights will flash in time with the sound of music. Backlight color is set to green-yellow.
3. Dynamic background - smooth transition from one color to another.
4. Screen Capture - basic mode of operation.

In this mode, you can capture colors from view movies and games. Backlight color will vary in accordance with the image on the screen being divided into upper, lower and side zones (each individually).

PaintPack running a little slower than the formal analogue of Philips. But taking into account the difference in the cost and possibility of upgrading any device choice is obvious.
