One method of solving the problem of extra space for the organization of work with a lot of open windows is to use virtual desktops. In operating systems based on Linux for a long time there is a built-in desktop manager with support beautiful three-dimensional change effects, which are so like to show on every Linux users presentations.
In Windows, there are also similar developments, for example DeskSpace, CubeDesk and so on, but most of the developers of such software for their own products want a lot of money. Therefore, when a free utility got into my field of vision, which serves to change the three-dimensional virtual desktops, I could not help but share with blog readers.
DeskHedron - a tiny (~ 350 kb), a free utility that allows you to switch between desktops in three-dimensional mode. The utility system requirements specified work in Windows 2000 / XP systems, but in the software environment of Windows 7 feels good. The program does not require installation and consists of a single executable file.
Immediately after the launch of the system tray icon appears utilities. By default, created two desktops, but you can increase this number by selecting Desktop + in the context menu. To switch the clamp combination keys Ctrl + Shift + Z and wheel mouse or use the arrow buttons.
The result is a pretty spectacular thing that even if you do not want to use constant, then it is possible to impress friends. :)
