Baked chicken on New Year's table. It is difficult to imagine a holiday without it. Before the New Year there were 7 days - this time enough to experiment in the kitchen and the drawing up of the New Year's menu. Today we want to offer you a 3 recipe baked chicken.
All three options do not require any cooking skills. The longest part of this process - baking in the oven, during which you can relax a bit and pour yourself something hot and intoxicating.
Recipe №1. Chicken with paprika
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons smoked paprika or simply, 2 teaspoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 a hen. For watering: 4 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Preparation.
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius, well wash chicken cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Mix paprika, garlic, melted butter, salt and pepper. Rub this mixture all the chicken and place it on a baking sheet for baking.
- Melt the honey and mix with lemon juice. Set aside.
- Place the chicken in the oven and bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes. After 35 minutes, pour the chicken honey-lemon mixture and keep it watered every 15 minutes until done. The bird will be ready when the puncture site will act as a transparent rather than a pink liquid.
Recipe №2. Chicken baked with herbs
Ingredients: 1 hen medium size, salt, ground black pepper, 2-2.5 cup of chopped fresh herbs (basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram or oregano), 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 lemon cut in half, 4 bay leaves, sprig 1 rosemary.
Preparation.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius, wash chicken cold water and dry with paper towels.
- Rub the chicken inside salt. Gently lift the skin in the region of the brisket and try to rub the chicken under the skin as much as possible a large number of chopped herbs, salt and a little olive oil.
- Inside the chicken, place half a lemon, bay leaves, rosemary and remaining chopped herbs.
- Rub the chicken on top of salt, pepper and olive oil and to submit it in the oven. Periodically turn the chicken so that it is well propeklas.

Recipe №3. Chicken with rosemary and lemon
Ingredients: 1 medium-sized chicken, 1/2 chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 lemon 2-3 sprigs of rosemary, 1 tablespoon of mixture of "Provence herbs."
Preparation.
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees, wash chicken in cold water, dry with paper towel and remove all fat.
- Rub the chicken inside and out with salt, pepper and herbs.
- Squeeze of lemon juice and rub them to the outer surface of the chicken.
- Squeezed lemon and rosemary to put in the chicken and return it to bake until tender (50-60 minutes).
