Now go to the «Actions» tab and select «New». «Start a program» should be the default in the drop-down menu. Leave this option and search for the program you want to run. After that, click "OK". Then click "OK" in the next window, and your task is saved.

After all these manipulations program you selected will run every 5 minutes.
