Each of us is faced with the need to transfer to anyone the information from your personal documents. Passport, driving license, certificate of ownership - a lot of documents, and it would be very convenient to keep them handy, because in most cases do not need the physical originals, but only data from them. And then there is the issue of security so you can record / photograph them on a smartphone, but reliably limit access to them outsiders?
For these purposes in the App Store has a custom application called "iDokumenty", Which is a digital safe for the storage of documents and associated scan photos.
Storage security is ensured by two means: the user's password to access the application and, respectively, has to made to the content, and encrypting the created database (AES with key length 256 bits). About the reliability of the encryption says Wikipedia:
"US National Security Agency has decided that the AES cipher is sufficiently reliable to use it for the protection of information constituting a state secret. Until SECRET levels were allowed to use the keys 128 bits long, for a level required TOP SECRET key lengths of 192 and 256 bits. "
Now directly on how to work with the data inside the application. Obviously, the family man feels the need to store information not only about themselves but also about family members. At the same time there are many situations when you need to have at hand the data of the working documents. For these purposes, there iDokumenty profiles. By default profile added to "I", and with the "+" button added to an unlimited number of additional profiles (e.g., "wife", "son of", "Working bookkeeping", and so on). It's comfortable.
Within each profile is a list created by the documents. To add information about a new document or edit the existing documents without saving, press the "Change" button.
Select the option to "Add document" and the application takes us to the list of forms of documents.
Then there are all current personal or business document types, as well as the standard information, which often want to keep to yourself: email, passwords, addresses and the like.
Each entry can be provided with additional comments and add to it any file types (pdf, dosx, xls, etc.), as well as images from the gallery of your phone or camera.
The user can also import files into the application from the browser and e-mail.
Any document created (including files attached to it) rummaged through e-mail and printed directly from the application. This is no less convenient.
The issue with the backup is solved here is pretty simple: an encrypted database is synchronized with either iTunes, or from Dropbox.
The frequency and the number of user-defined backup: jump to the corresponding sync with iTunes menu opens previous log backups and option creating a new copy, as is the case with Dropbox (you need to connect your Dropbox account), users can build up in an easy and understandable for yourself form.
